I'm Cristina, a Registered Dietitian in Canada and Colombia. I'm also a person living with Sjögren's and RA.
I'm passionate about helping women with Sjögren's and Rheumatoid Arthritis to adopt a non-restrictive anti-inflammatory lifestyle while supporting their gut health.
